Good Things Come to Those Who Wait

It has been an exciting month of July here on our little flower farm. We started selling only a few weeks ago. The weather has finally stabilized and the plants are enjoying it! Most of our flowers are summer loving so it takes them a bit to get going (dahlias, zinnias and sunflowers). Combine that with the wacky spring of wet, cold weather followed by drought conditions, and things have been a bit delayed this year. Both our patience, and your patience, is about to be rewarded with some beautiful blooms. As you can see from these photos, everything is on the verge of blooming, or the first initial blooms have stepped up to be featured in bouquets. These super star blooms are sure to please either you or a friend you would like to spread some smiles to. We look forward to you stopping by one of these upcoming weekends in August. And if you would ever like to swing by and chat, or see where the magic happens some time, we are likely out working in the gardens or mowing what feels like the endless yard every weekend.
